{"id":1383,"date":"2023-09-04T09:02:42","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T09:02:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecobuga.com\/?p=1383"},"modified":"2023-10-23T08:29:16","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T08:29:16","slug":"el-ferrocarril-de-la-cerdanya-40-anys-d-historia-i-controversia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecobuga.com\/ca\/el-ferrocarril-de-la-cerdanya-40-anys-d-historia-i-controversia\/","title":{"rendered":"El ferrocarril de la Cerdanya: 40 anys d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria i controv\u00e8rsia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una l\u00ednia ferrovi\u00e0ria en declivi des dels anys 70<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a molts cerdans del segle passat podia semblar impossible que un <strong>ferrocarril<\/strong>\u00a0pogu\u00e9s arribar\u00a0<strong>a la Cerdanya<\/strong>, per creure insuperables els important accidents geogr\u00e0fics existents. Quan els peri\u00f2dics locals en comen\u00e7aren a parlar vers el 1880-1881, els comarcans deurien comentar mig incr\u00e8duls la not\u00edcia. La realitat va ser que aquells primers comentaris s\u2019afian\u00e7aren cada cop m\u00e9s i prengueren forma tangible anys despr\u00e9s, de tal manera que la dilig\u00e8ncia va ser relegada i abandonada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant aquests \u00faltims 40 anys i en l\u2019actualitat, podria fer-se un llarg recital de retalls de premsa entorn aquest mitj\u00e0 de comunicaci\u00f3 (el tren<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<strong>Puigcerd\u00e0-Barcelona\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<strong>rodalies Renfe<\/strong>); tan per not\u00edcies bones com per dolentes\u2026 Entorn a ell es podria dir una gran varietat d\u2019adjectius, entre els quals, segurament, predominarien els desqualificatius. La veritat \u00e9s que el ferrocarril\u00a0<strong>ha anat malament des de fa molts anys<\/strong>\u00a0i, en ocasions, se n\u2019ha accentuat els problemes. El\u00a0<strong>desmillorament progressiu<\/strong>\u00a0de la l\u00ednia era un fet constatat ja durant els anys 70. Els problemes continuats de caten\u00e0ria, esllavissaments, malmesa de rails, trens, etc, havien portat a l\u2019extrem que tothom deia que\u00a0<strong>se sabia quan se sortia per\u00f2 no quan\u00a0s\u2019arribava\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest trist marc,\u00a0<strong>el<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>1978<\/strong>\u00a0sorgiren els primers i lleugers comentaris d\u2019un\u00a0<strong>possible tancament de la l\u00ednia<\/strong>. Seria per\u00f2, a\u00a0partir del 1983 quan els fets s\u2019accelerarien. Per l\u2019agost d\u2019aquell any, els passatgers d\u2019aquesta l\u00ednia feien una estirada a la via per denunciar-ne el mal estat i del servei Renfe. Van acusar l\u2019empresa de practicar una\u00a0<strong>marginaci\u00f3 de la l\u00ednia<\/strong>. Despr\u00e9s de diversos contratemps, entre ells un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/diario\/1983\/03\/08\/espana\/415926011_850215.html\"><strong>descarrilament greu<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0pel mar\u00e7 del 1983, tornaven a produir-se comentaris del seu tancament tot adduint-ne la\u00a0<strong>manca de rendibilitat<\/strong>. Els articles a la premsa s\u2019anaren succeint i l\u2019ambient s\u2019escalfava, de manera que els pol\u00edtics municipals comen\u00e7aven a aixecar les orelles fins al punt que el consistori puigcerdan\u00e8s amena\u00e7ava de fer una\u00a0<strong>revisi\u00f3 del Tractat dels Pirineus<\/strong>\u00a0si Madrid tancava la l\u00ednia. Fou un cop d\u2019efecte, ja que les trucades telef\u00f2niques de les autoritats governatives, de partits pol\u00edtics i de premsa esdevingueren un bombardeig per uns dies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la seva part,\u00a0<strong>el Consell d\u2019Europa<\/strong>\u00a0es manifestava a favor del manteniment de la l\u00ednia. Alhora, l\u2019<strong>Ajuntament de Puigcerd\u00e0<\/strong>, amb el suport de totes les entitats vilatanes iniciava una\u00a0<strong>simp\u00e0tica campanya<\/strong>\u00a0d\u2019enviar postals cerdanes al president del Govern Espanyol. Es varen comprar totes les postals que es trobaren i se\u2019n feren imprimir a la vora de 9.000 amb el senzill text: \u201cVolem el nostre tren! <em>Queremos nuestro tren!<\/em>\u201d. La campanya, com si d\u2019una recollida de firmes es tract\u00e9s, fou un \u00e8xit total. N\u2019hi havia d\u2019arreu de\u00a0<strong>la Cerdanya<\/strong>, tan del costat espanyol com del franc\u00e9s, molt\u00edssimes de Barcelona i no poques de la resta de Catalunya, i fins i tot, d\u2019altres comunitats aut\u00f2nomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La campanya sembla que va impactar, perqu\u00e8 des de Presid\u00e8ncia en foren contestades algunes, si b\u00e9 no totes i que van frenar-se quelcom, almenys moment\u00e0niament, les amenaces de tancament, que encara en certs moments semblen flotar en l\u2019aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"363\" height=\"220\" src=\"https:\/\/ecobuga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/bugaderia-autoservei-puigcerda-estacio.jpg\" alt=\"Descobreix la traject\u00f2ria i desafiaments del ferrocarril de la Cerdanya des dels anys 70: 40 anys entre hist\u00f2ria i controv\u00e8rsia.\" class=\"wp-image-1384\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.65;width:696px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecobuga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/bugaderia-autoservei-puigcerda-estacio.jpg 363w, https:\/\/ecobuga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/bugaderia-autoservei-puigcerda-estacio-300x182.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 363px) 100vw, 363px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i aquests entrebancs\u2026 es pogu\u00e9 celebrar el&nbsp;<strong>75\u00e8<\/strong>&nbsp;(1997)&nbsp;<strong>aniversari<\/strong>&nbsp;de l\u2019arribada del&nbsp;<strong>tren a Puigcerd\u00e0<\/strong>, enmig d\u2019una jornada fest\u00edvola celebradora&nbsp;amb un tren especial des de Ripoll, una representaci\u00f3 al\u00b7leg\u00f2rica al tren a c\u00e0rrec del Grup de Teatre de la Vila, una exposici\u00f3 sobre la seva hist\u00f2ria organitzada per l\u2019<strong>Arxiu Comarcal<\/strong>. En aquest mateix marc, Pere Macias, anunci\u00e0 que la l\u00ednia hauria de ser transferida a la Generalitat un cop arranjada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els problemes derivats de la l\u00ednia Barcelona-Puigcerd\u00e0 tamb\u00e9 foren motiu de comentaris del manteniment de la l\u00ednia&nbsp;<strong>Tolosa de Llenguadoc<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<strong>La Tor de Querol<\/strong>, que troba gran part del seu sentir en ser un nus interestatal. En qualsevol cas, la&nbsp;<strong>SNCF<\/strong>&nbsp;ha mantingut la seva l\u00ednia en millors condicions i n\u2019ha obert m\u00e9s el mercat en disposar, en aquesta estaci\u00f3 cerdana, d\u2019una oficina on hom por gestionar el viatge i l\u2019estada a la ciutat en qu\u00e8 ho desitgi. En aquest sentit, per exemple, no s\u00f3n pocs els cerdans que han fet cap a Par\u00eds per passar-hi dos o tres dies, o a unes altres ciutats europees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tercer tren que arriba a\u00a0<strong>la Cerdanya<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>Tren Groc<\/strong>, ha patit tants o m\u00e9s problemes de manteniment que el\u00a0<strong>tren Puigcerd\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0a Barcelona. En\u00a0aquesta l\u00ednia no nom\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han tancat moltes estacions, sin\u00f3 que, a m\u00e9s, li an\u00e0 de poc de ser suprimida, en al\u00b7legar-s\u2019hi la poqu\u00edssima rendibilitat econ\u00f2mica. De fet, les caracter\u00edstiques del tren, d\u2019altra muntanya i amb un equip antiqu\u00edssim, li infereixen avui dia un servei social relatiu i la seva aparent salvaci\u00f3 va passar per donar-li un car\u00e0cter eminentment tur\u00edstic, amb una forta empenta publicit\u00e0ria (des de l\u2019edici\u00f3 de llibres sobre la seva hist\u00f2ria fina a la de tr\u00edptics on s\u2019explica l\u2019oferta cultural i paisatg\u00edstica dels pobles per on passa).
